They ruined the app, cannot use it at all! So frustrating

What was once I Thought to be an Excellent Web Browser an the Pro Version at that. Was Less then Utterly Disappointed!

I dont know why Im bothering since you obviously dont pay attention to your customers. Your app has been broken since the last update. Fix it or return our money.

Ive contacted their tech support team twice and I have not gotten a response. This app does not work on AT&T mobile network only on Wi-Fi. I have tried everything including contacting them and I still have a broker app. Once again the App Store has robbed me!

Crashes out after a few downloads randomly. Has to be uninstalled and reinstalled. You lose everything. FIX THIS!!

Puffin Web Browser runs PERFECTLY fine despite the fact some websites freeze up when I leave the app, but I blame the website, not Puffin. Pros: - Fast Browsing - No App Redirections with Desktop Mode - Secure Connections - IP change every time, preventing security invasion. - Theatre Mode is actually amazing, would love a zooming option. - Ads not in annoying places, still giving your websites revenue unlike mobile type websites. Cons: - Mouse tapping sometimes doesnt tap accurately. - No WebGL support. Meh: (Equal) - Websites may fail at times. - Some security triggers, but nobody will access your account other than you. - Minor glitches with Flash.

Been using this for several years now and its a great browser.

The app is not working at all. It from being one of the best to one of the worst applications in the App Store. Please fix soon.

Update 11-18-2016: I am getting error messages from the website I am trying to use when I am using At &T cell service on my iPad. Over my Comcast cable connection everything seem ok. I hope you can tweet the issue. I will try to capture the error screens next time it happens. I am using Puffin while traveling on a bus. I think there needs to be more buffering if possible. I the video is playing ok. But stutters some of the time. And therefore Puffin can not save where I am in a video back to the USTA website. Basically crashing the website so to speak. So I have to go back and restart the video. A little frustrating. I wish the website USTA would upgrade their videos to HTML5. Until then I am stuck in this situation. I updated my review but I have the same needs as listed below. I love this browser. But I only use it when I need Flash Playback. It is very fast at playing Flash video. Not slow at all for me. I have a Tennis website that is still using Microsoft Silverlight for videos. Any chance the developers could add this functionality?

Doesnt work on at&t network. Need to be connected to Wi-Fi to make it work. Lots of bugs. Crashes every single time. Plus add ons have been removed. Why!?!

Still worthy of 5 stars, 1/2 star reviews are unfounded and unnecessary. 5.1.1 Review: You wont get a better app for flash browsing, period. Anything less than 5 stars is unfounded. My only recommendation is to find a way to allow access to bookmarks, history, etc without having to open up a new page entirely.

This was a great browser for a while, until the November 2016 upgrade. Now it loses the connection, is slow, crashes, freezes. Terrible.

This browser does need work but it has some awesome features! The browser has a data saving mode that is second to no other browser in the app store! People who must save data or need to use less data will love this feature! Do not expect the flash to be good enough to play games , but it runs very well considering the limits of iphones!

on the iphone 6 i keep getting glitches where everything including the search bar text will become invisible, its incredibly annoying to deal with, this app used to be awesome. now its a buggy, barely tested piece of crap. what were they thinking?!

I try to keep fair with Puffin, its a great app that I think gets seriously underrated. However, the post-Halloween update just killed everything for me. Theres a serious cant go back bug that kills me because I have to restart Puffin around four times during my browsing. Also, the tab switched is bugging out in landscape. Please fix these. Old Review: "Puffin can be put back together again" As of version 5.1.1, I can say you guys have done the correct thing this time. Performance is MUCH faster, in fact, FINALLY FASTER THAN PUFFIN 4.X. The new mouse pointer is amazingly sleek and works well when you get used to it. Network cutouts are rare for me now. And you thankfully removed the "bottom bar experiment" (which took up craploads of space) so its practical to use. Thanks for the positive update. I can finally make this my primary browser again.

This would be a great app if it didnt reload constantly. I can only use it for a minute or two before it completely reloads the page. I lose all progress when it does this. Moved down to 1 star. Almost completely unusable. Dont know how anyone else is getting this to work but flash player is terrible on all devices loaded with this app.

Why am I hearing advertisements on my iPad? Very annoying to suddenly hear voices. Also the app disconnects over and over. Please fix these bugs. I watch a live cam and chat. Refreshing eliminates the cam picture. Need an update to fix this please.

Not gonna lie, I really loved this app, and I used it even more than Safari. But this long string of terrible updates has now rendered the app nearly unusable. Seriously, it crashes every single time I try to check the progress of a download. Nice job, guys. You really improved your app.

In past months and years, this was the perfect browser for accessing flash enabled sites. But for the past few updates, its become extremely frustrating, often unusable. There is now a 1/2 second delay whenever scrolling, the previous responsiveness is gone. Also, many times per day, the app simply freezes and requires me to kill it, and often I need to hard reset my phone. The developers seriously need to roll back recent changes and get it back to the great app it used to be.
