Video bandwidth

Previous versions of Puffin which I used for years have great video bandwidth compression.

The latest version uses as much bandwidth as Safari when streaming video (ton of data).

I tried using compression setting and lowered it all to lowest quality, still the video bandwidth is unchanged. Please fix this. Thank you
